A marina for some 150 pleasure boats with residential, office and café buildings situated in a picturesque and well protected bay. Easily accessible from the motorway, less than 1 hour north of Gothenburg. An ideal mooring point for excursions in the famous Swedish west coast archipelago. The marina facilities were upgraded substantially in 2009, but has ample further development potential. Since the marina was purchased in 2005, adjacent properties have been added, including the island Ulvön. A pre-planning permission has been granted to develop the area into a very attractive residential sea-side village.
