In the beautiful Fjällbacka village on the Swedish west coast, about 100 km north of Gothenburg, Marinvest acquired in July 2007 some strategically located real estate, the yellow houses by the sea as shown in center of the aerial photo. Marinvest will develop this sensitive area in close collaboration with the local community.

A first step was taken in 2008 by expanding the marina facilities to meet yachting standards. Marinvest is now here offering yacht mooring, office, restaurant, café, hotel -www.richters.se - and retail facilities.
